Yikes! No one's posted here in far too long!!

Anyone got any upcoming adventures planned or recently had an adventure??

I have nothing definate yet, but some ideas are taking shape... I may get a group together to do some snowcaving near the border of Colorado/Wyoming... also lots of snowboarding hopefully and a snowshoe trip or two is in the works.

Hi guys i am your moderator brio. u can talk to me anytime about anything i am totally cool like that. So what do u want to know? I am fifteen i have been outdoor adventure stuff since i was young but just started enjoying it a couple of years ago, all my best friends are guys b/c i bond with them on trips, this is despite the fact that i go to a private all girls school where no one has ever been in the outdoors except car camping once. i am going to be a sophmore and currently go on a lot of high adventure trips with boy scouts, this is a cool troop of older guys,we love to go on adventure trips and chill out together when we are at home. by the way the outdoors is a great place to meet to guys becasue you will be the only girl in about 40 boys and they will love you. so my experience i'll break it into categories
RIVERS:
not to many trips lately 'casue i just got old enough to row the boat and my dad for got to turn in our permits this year. my friend is 4000 on the colorado wait list.
so i have the upper salt, a bunch of little trips in montana, and kayaking the gila, i want more river trips.
OCEAN:
sea kayak regulary in the san juan islands where i have a beach house, one week kayaking in the channel islands this is off the coast of ventura, ca.
i also sail at my beach house often.
POOL:
I practice my kayak roll and i am a competitive swimmer logging about 20 hours in the pool a week this is plus school and all my adventure trips.
BACKPACKING:
A bunch of slot canyon trips just ask if you want to know plus a bunch of canyoneering.

I haves of other trips i cant think of right now and a ten day oregon bike ride coming up in two weeks first day is 47 miles uphill but i am excited.

I live the summer in the san juan islands about 4 hours by car and boat from seattle. I live the rest of the time in phoenix, az.

I LOVE GEAR SO JUST ASK FOR ANY ADVICE ON THAT OR IF YOU WANT TO TALK ABOUT YOUR OTHER LIFE.
